This website is operated by Maharlika Floor Expert Limited, trading as Maharlika Flooring. By using it you accept these terms.

Information on the site

We keep the information here accurate and current, but flooring products, ranges and availability change. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply at a particular price.

Colours and textures shown in photographs are indicative. Screens render colour differently, and flooring looks different again in your own light, which is exactly why we bring samples to you before you decide.

Quotes

A quote is only binding once we have measured on site and given it to you in writing. Any indication given before that is an estimate. A written quote states how long it is valid for.

Where site conditions turn out to be different from what was visible at the measure, for example a subfloor problem hidden under the existing floor, we will tell you before doing the extra work and agree the cost with you first.

Enquiries you send us

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. It starts a conversation. We handle the details you send in line with our privacy policy.

Please do not use the forms on this site to send abusive, misleading or unlawful content, or to send bulk or automated messages.

Our content

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Maharlika Floor Expert Limited or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use. Do not republish or use them commercially without our written agreement.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
