Maharlika Floor Expert Limited, trading as Maharlika Flooring, supplies and installs flooring for homes and businesses across Whangārei, Northland and Auckland.
Who we are
A flooring company built around the install.
Plenty of places will sell you flooring. Fewer will measure your rooms, prepare the subfloor properly and stand behind the finish a year later. Maharlika is set up the other way round: the person quoting the job is the person responsible for how it ends up.
Maharlika Flooring is led by Rogelio Jr Bantahinay, a certified master installer, and works across the full range of residential and commercial flooring. The mobile showroom means the choosing happens in your rooms rather than under showroom lights, which is a small change that makes a large difference to how happy people are with the result.
We are Northland owned and operated, fully insured, and most of our work comes from people who were recommended to us.

Do it once, properly
Preparation gets the time it needs. A floor laid over a subfloor that was not ready is a callback waiting to happen, and nobody wins that.
Straight answers
If the cheaper product is the right one for your room, we will say so. If what you are asking for will not last in that space, we will say that too.
Written quotes
Measured on site, priced in writing, with the lines broken out. No verbal numbers that grow once the work starts.

Free measure and quote
We come to you, measure properly, look at the existing floor and the subfloor, and give you a written quote with no obligation.

Choose your flooring
See samples in your own light through the mobile showroom, and get straight advice on what suits the room and the budget.
- STEP 04
Preparation and installation
Old floor removed, subfloor prepared, new flooring installed by a certified master installer, and the site left clean.
