From first call to finished floor
Four steps, no surprises.

Talk it through
Call, message or send the form. Tell us the rooms, roughly when you want it done, and anything you already have in mind.
- STEP 02
Free measure and quote
We come to you, measure properly, look at the existing floor and the subfloor, and give you a written quote with no obligation.
- STEP 03
Choose your flooring
See samples in your own light through the mobile showroom, and get straight advice on what suits the room and the budget.
- STEP 04
Preparation and installation
Old floor removed, subfloor prepared, new flooring installed by a certified master installer, and the site left clean.
How we work
The standards we do not skip.
Measured on site, not estimated
We measure the actual rooms, allow for pattern and direction, and quote from that. Guessed measurements are how jobs run short.
Subfloor prepared first
Levelling, moisture checks and a clean substrate. Most floor failures are subfloor failures that were skipped to save a day.
Installed to manufacturer spec
Expansion gaps, underlay, adhesive and fixings as the manufacturer requires, which is what keeps the product warranty valid.
Insured and accountable
Public liability cover, and we stand behind our own workmanship. If something is not right, we come back.
A programme you can plan around
You get an expected duration with the quote, and we tell you if anything on site changes it.
Site left clean
Offcuts and old flooring taken away, trims finished, and the rooms usable when we leave.
